At Evermore Ink, each tattoo session is reserved exclusively for the client. Considerable time and preparation are invested in consultation, design, and scheduling. To ensure fairness to both clients and artists, the following policies apply to all appointments, deposits, and payments.
1. Appointment Cancellations
- Notice Requirement:
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain an efficient schedule. - Late Cancellations:
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another session. - No-Show Appointments:
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the deposit and may affect eligibility for future bookings.
2. Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
- Deposits are applied toward the final tattoo cost on the day of the appointment.
- Deposits are non-transferable between clients or artists.
- Clients are permitted one reschedule with proper notice (minimum 48 hours).
- Deposits may be forfeited if design changes require a complete redesign after approval or if multiple reschedules occur.
3. Refunds
- All tattoo deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Our artists devote significant time and creative effort to each design before the tattoo session begins. - Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances
- Missed or late appointments
- Dissatisfaction with design elements previously approved by the client
- In the rare case that Evermore Ink must cancel an appointment due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, deposits will remain valid and can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
4. Gift Cards and Membership Credits
- Gift cards, Ink Fund credits, and membership balances are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits do not expire and may be applied toward tattoo sessions, merchandise, or aftercare products.
- Credits may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued.
5. Policy Agreement
By scheduling an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy. These policies are designed to protect the time, effort, and artistry invested in every tattoo created by Evermore Ink.
